IMPORTANT:

1. CROPPING: If the crop you want to select does not seem to fit the image, DO NOT WORRY. We will fix it so that it does work with the size before your image is printed. The same goes for all the different items we make from photos.

2. DIGITAL IMAGE DOWNLOADS: We've added the purchase of low res digital images for emailing and personal website use. You can also purchase a hi-res image for quality printing. Contact us ahead of time if you wish to purchase many images on a disk as we will discount the price.

3. About MUGS! When you order a mug, we will put the image on both sides of the mug and the event logo between the images. So once again, just ignore the cropping when you order (it will look wrong) and leave the rest to us. You will LOVE how the mugs turn out!

4. SERVICE: Our professional lab is very good and quick and stands behind their work. If ever you experience a delay or problem, please let us know and we will look into it immediately. Satisfaction is guaranteed!
